  • Who Benefits From My Contribution?
100% of the net profit from your contribution goes toward raising breast cancer awareness, increasing breast health education, and generating funding for critical breast health programs in our local community.
  • What can I donate?
We take donations of most vehicles, cars, trucks, motorcycles, vans, trailers, SUVs, ATVs RVs, boats etc.

Boats and some campers may require a call to see if they meet our minimum criteria but we gratefully accept most donations.
  • My car doesn’t run.  Will you accept it?
Of course, we require only that the vehicle is whole and has four inflated tires so it can be moved out by our towing operators.  (We accept partial vehicles only with approval)
  • What do I need to donate my vehicle?
Many States require a clean title to donate your vehicle.  Some States further require a notarized signature to complete the contribution.  Follow the link here (donationwizard.com) to begin the donation wizard and we will tell you what is required in your community.  If you cannot locate or have lost the vehicle’s Certificate of Title, we have a staff of experienced professionals that can help you obtain the proper documentation.
  • What if the vehicle is not registered in my name?
The vehicle does not have to be registered in your name to donate.  The name on the title and the name on the registration may often differ.  You can contact our processing center for more information.
  • How long will it take you to pick up my donation?
Every donation to the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation is processed as quickly as possible.  Typically we will pick up your vehicle within 2 to 3 days after the title is received by our processing center, however, if you need to donate more quickly we can usually make special arrangements.
  • Do you pick up in my community?
We operate a National program and we try to take every donation.  However there are a few small pockets of the country that we may have some delay in picking up your vehicle.
  • How can I be sure the vehicle has been transferred out of my name?
The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation uses a fully licensed and insured national transportation network and complies with all federal and state regulations. By signing the title directly to Advanced Remarketing Services (our authorized Agent) you are legally transferring your vehicle.  When we receive your title and pick up your vehicle it is completely out of your responsibility.  (Note CA and LA donors require an additional form that we can provide)  If you have any questions about this, please send us an email or call us at
    800-451-2510.
  • Can I take a tax deduction for my donation?

If you itemize deductions on your income tax return, it may be possible to claim a deduction for your car donation.

In 2005 the IRS changed the laws related to tax deductibility of vehicle donations. Under the new rules, the deductible amount of your donation is directly related to the selling price of your vehicle.

If your vehicle sells for less than $500 you can take a deduction equal to the 'fair market value' of your donation up to $500. Fair Market Value is loosely explained as the "Blue Book" or "Guide Book" value of your vehicle. (for the most part this value is at least $500 for whole vehicles). See the links below for Kelley Blue Book, NADA Guides or Edmunds.

If your vehicle sells for more than $500 your may deduct only the full selling price of the vehicle.

The charity is required by IRS to send to the donor a contemporaneous written acknowledgement (receipt) within 30 days of sale. This Receipt must include the following.
    1. The gross selling price of the vehicle (if sold for greater than $500)
    2. Year, Make, Model and VIN Information
    3. A statement that the vehicle was sold at arms length between two unrelated parties
    4. And a statement that no goods or services were received in return for your contribution.
