The Together Rx Access Card is a free prescription-savings card for eligible residents of the United States and Puerto Rico who have no prescription drug coverage. It is a public service program created and sponsored by a group of some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Most cardholders save 25% - 40% on brandname prescription medicines and products. *Each cardholder's savings depend on such factors as the particular drug purchased, amount purchased, and the pharmacy where purchased. Savings on generics are also available and vary by pharmacy. No maximum usage limit exits, no hidden fees and no monthly charge.
ELIGIBILITY:
You must meet all four of the following requirements to qualify:
1) You are not eligible for Medicare
2) You have no prescription drug coverage of any kind.
3) Your household income is equal to or lesser than:
- $30,000 for a single person
- $40,000 for a family of two
- $50,000 for a family of three
- $60,000 for a family of four
- $70,000 for a family of five
