In 1990 when I designed and introduced the SOFTEE® my goal was, and to this day continues to be, to offer a post surgery solution that enhances the life, comfort and confidence of all women after breast cancer surgery. I personally understand how important it is that cancer patients be offered the SOFTEE® as an option before surgery. It has been proven that having a SOFTEE® immediately post-operative has a positive impact on self image and overall healing.

Sadly women I hear from are either not aware of the SOFTEE® until days or even weeks after surgery, or the size they needed was not available locally. I feel strongly that this must change. Women need to have the option to order a SOFTEE® before surgery, for comfort and confidence when they leave the hospital.
