REGISTRATION MATERIALS AND PLACEMENT

With such little time before the event, we are asking any volunteers WHO ALREADY REGISTERED, but were unable to attend the volunteer meeting, to pick up their T-shirts on the day of the event.  If you did not receive a call about your placement, we ask that you come to the event at the beginning of your scheduled shift and report to the Main Registration Tent.  We will let you know that day where you need to report.

The Main Registration Tent is located in the Flames of Hope Village in Station Park, which is across from the Providence Place Mall and across from the State House.  You can also click on the link above to view the Event Guide.  The Main Registration tent is located where the black star appears inside the Flames of Hope Village "popout" section of the Event Guide.

DIRECTIONS TO THE MEETING LOCATION TO PICK UP REGISTRATION MATERIALS

From South: 95 north to 146 north. Take exit for Break Neck Hill Road (Rte 123). Take left as end of ramp and follow to light. Go straight through light about 1.9 miles you will see Powder Hill Road on right. Take this right and follow around curve. Wellington Road is your first right. We are the first building on right. The agency head is in Gem Plumbing and Heating Company.

From North: 146 South. Take exit for Break Neck Hill Road (Rte 123). Take right as end of ramp and follow to light. Go straight through light about 1.9 miles you will see Powder Hill Road on right. Take this right and follow around curve. Wellington Road is your first right. We are the first building on right.
